Our mission to spotlight the most accurate and reliable Fantasy Football analysts for you began this week when we started our analyst ranking competition. Each week, analysts from various platforms join our competition to try to rank the highest in terms of accuracy. Specifically, accuracy in predicting PPR Fantasy Football outcomes during the week of NFL games.
For the Wildcard Round, we assessed the PPR Fantasy Football forecasts of 12 analysts. We asked for the top 10 PPR projections for QB’s, RB’s, WR’s, and TE’s and using Pearson correlation to ranked each analyst against each other based on the accuracy of their predictions.
A huge shoutout to Derrek (@SleezballFF on X), who earned himself the title of ‘Nostradamus’ for the WildCard round! Derrek is a Content Creator and Podcaster who covers “everything around that the sun” that is fantasy football. He offers rankings, Start/Sits, Waiver Wire advice, DFS Pick-em updates, and one-on-one requests for roster management advice. In order from greatest to least, Derrek was the most accurate at predicting Quarterbacks followed by Tight Ends, Running Backs, then Wide receivers.
